It’s bothering me, but I can’t change it. It’s not going away and that it’s highlighting my own character flaws annoys me all the more.

In the interests of stretching food and making a bread based product since we have none, I kneaded out my frustrations on aloo paratha, a spicy potato filled flat bread. I’m sure the professionals do it much quicker!
This evening another thrifty experiment produced ‘Brumplings‘, a cross between garlic bread and herby dumplings, with wild garlic from the garden. These spares will be frozen for the next stew.
