Caramelised onion spaghetti, simple, but effective.  Served with slightly garlicky squashed flatbread balls.  Next time, I’m going to go for wild garlic and butter filled flatbread balls.

The garden is full of Spring flowers.

This gorgeous flower has opened within the last couple of days.  Inside the outer red petals is a large yellowy ball.
