Why is it that when you’re trying to be careful with food, it seems to dominate your thoughts?
Tea – Leftover rice and lentils, cabbage & pea, and black eyed bean curries.
Breakfast – porridge with water and a splash of milk for decadence.
Lunch – ‘Gloop soup’ made from random veg, cous cous and quinoa.
(I wouldn’t recommend it, but I imagine it’s highly nutritious!)
Tea – Noodles, peppers, mushrooms and tofu in peanut soy sauce
Breakfast – found treacle toffees in the car when I went shopping!
Lunch – more leftover rice and soup
Tea – Another daily Melissa Clark recipe – shakshuka (see top pic)
