Bunny Balls

Since the Kiwi PM advised that the Easter Bunny may be a bit stretched this year, I decided to give him a helping hand by making these chocolate coated peanut butter balls.  Apart from a slight slip up with some Hokey Pokey ice cream weeks ago, which, it turned out, contained chocolate, I’ve not eaten anything cocoa related since Shroving.  I am therefore taking no chances for Sunday!

They were adapted from this Peanut Butter Easter Eggs recipe.  I only used one cup of icing sugar and therefore no milk was required.
